The role of Divon Academy’s Executive Advisory Board is to provide strategic guidance and support in bringing DA’s programs to schools and universities across N. America, as well as to companies and institutions. The mission is to help improve the performance, professionalism, and well-being of young talent and the companies they serve, and ensure that ‘human skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, and creativity are developed and safeguarded in an age of disruption and AI.
Through the stewardship of the executive advisory board, DA has also established The Divon Academy Foundation, a registered charity and 501C3 whose mission is to provide career prep, mentorship, and professional development to first-generation, minority, and underserved students at no to low cost. Divon Academy is looking to partner with companies, firms, and foundations interested in supporting and empowering underserved youth through soft skills and career development.
