Rodriguez, CEDS Managing Director and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search Firm was a part of a roundtable discussion, “Attracting and Retaining Employees, “hosted by Porpoise Evans, Labor and Employment Attorney, Partner, Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman, P.L. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, from 12 pm to 1:30 pm. This roundtable was a professionally-moderated forum for company leaders (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CFOs, HR department leaders) and professionals who service those leaders (e.g., HR consultants, recruiters, business advisors, and consultants). They discussed their experiences and current situations when it comes to attracting and retaining workers, including employees and independent contractors.
Their goal was to share great ideas, learn about and from each other, deepen existing relationships, and build new connections and introductions for each other.
