Romina Alcantara is Vice President of Attorney Recruitment. Romina brings over twenty years of business and consulting experience to Ascension. Having worked in multiple industries on a global level, her experience allows her to be a strategic partner to our clients seeking the best talent for their organization. Romina focuses on conducting searches for all roles within law firms and corporate legal departments, as well as executive roles.

She is also responsible for managing the Attorney Recruiting Team nationwide and works in tandem with the client development team to bring the recruiting lifecycle full circle. Outside of Ascension, Romina designs couture jewelry and is trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
