Having held leadership roles within the largest staffing and recruiting firms in the U.S., she possesses deep-rooted connections within the industry. Aida understands legal operations, the business of law, and the significance of building exceptional teams that support business objectives. Her vast experience, coupled with her passion for education and volunteerism, has earned her a solid reputation for integrity, commitment, and responsive service.

In her current role as CEO and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Aida is driven by her passion to create a more diverse and inclusive legal industry. Currently, she holds the position of Deputy Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association, where she dedicates herself to building the pipeline of Hispanic lawyers. Additionally, she contributes to the Cuban American Bar Association, supporting their various programs that enrich the lives of members and the community.

Certified by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and the strategic application of E-Discovery best practices.
